Qualifications

  1. Understand Quality Procedures and Job Description
  2. Read & understand customer B/P and job traveler
  3. Properly inspect incoming material and process certs for conformance
  4. Perform 1st piece, and in process inspection
  5. Perform final inspection
  6. Create packing slips and complete all required documentation
  7. Review all travelers and packing slips for conformance prior to shipping
  8. Use a variety of measuring equipment
  9. Documentation of all non-conformances and rejections
  10. General housekkeeping

Representative Responsibilities

  1. High school diploma and/or trade school diploma
  2. Knowledge of AS9100 and knowledge of ISO 9001
  3. Advance training in quality by outside sources and in quality equipment
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Ability to accurately read blueprints and customer/government specs
  6. Excellent mathematical skills
  7. Legible hand writing
  8. Computer Knowledge
